Raccoon that would require Brian to be neighborly and not hide behind his computer screen. Brian, trash comes on Thursday and if you came by and looked later you would have seen that it was already cleaned up and put on the curb for pick up. We are sorry that our house is under construction and that the contractor filled our trash bins, which caused us to need to put bags out of the bins. Then our friendly raccoon decided to get into them and cause a mess. Brian, trash was not in our yard, it was all still contained in our wooden trash structure. Thank you for your concern.
