Blinking yellow LED sign with advisory about some exit on Treasure Island being closed, which 99.9% of drivers don't care about, causes traffic to back up all the way to Cesar Chavez in the evening. Suggest it be moved to Treasure Island, where 99.9% of the drivers WILL care about it.
