R. Very dangerous road to drive on. May not seem so, but this road is heavily used as an inter-connect. Both sidewalk and roadway are crumbled badly. The last fire that occurred this road was used as a detour, and the fire before that the road was used by fire personnel, due to a faulty hydrant. THIS IS A LIABILTY!!
