Opis
Left turn arrows desperately needed at the intersections of Franklin/school streets and Franklin/water streets. As soon as lights turn green to allow Franklin st traffic to proceed, cars routinely cut in front of oncoming traffic by turning left before cars are allowed to go straight (and wait until oncoming traffic is clear to take left hand turns). This happens like clockwork at these two intersections' is dangerous, and slows traffic trying to move straight down Franklin st to a hault.

The Traffic Department has been instructed to perform a site visit/investigation to determine appropriate future action at this location. They will need to gather information on peak/off-peak traffic flow before they make a recommendation for implementing a change in phasing or the addition of a left turn arrow.
