There are numerous code violations at 200 4th street north also known as the randolph hotel. There is 2ft of standing water under luckys foos mart which is connected to the randolph motel. Also the cty fire department had a fire inspection done and was to be complied by august 2014 and still has not been taken care of. There is also a @#$% roach/bed bug problem in the motel.
