  I see the same thing every night! Plus the intersection is always blocked with traffic from Hancock when u r trying to drive the new way!

  I saw this same thing but coming from the Hannon Pkwy on the side of Burgin Pkwy. Coming up to the intersection with Hancock St, the traffic is so backed up that when the light turns green for cars on Hannon, nobody can move because people on Hancock are in the middle of the intersection. Seems to me that this is a problem with the light at School St/Elm St.

  Hi Deborah,
  Thank you for using the new mobile app - we hope that it's a helpful tool for residents. The intersection is still under the control of the contractors/MassDOT. Once the City has regained control of these traffic signals (which should be soon), we will make any necessary timing adjustments.
