The litter is picked up as best can be. The landscapers have had deep cuts in personel and have managed to keep a ghost force for special projects and basic mowing. The litter collection department has been disbanded. The main focus this year have been roadside plantings in the King st. Corridor. This is where the funding should be focused.

The citizens need to pick this up. Because of the funding cuts in landscapeing, there is a shortage of workers there are three litter workers now, when there were over 50 last year.

this is NOT litter. it's a mattress, box spring, and a at least one TV. items from the trailer park next door. city trash pickup has been driving past this for months.

Why cant you pick it up? The city workers are working at the limit because of budget cuts and department consolidation. If you could help,, then it would get done faster.
