Hello. My neighbor, located at 759 43rd Avenue NE, has a palm tree which has not been trimmed in years. The tree is located very close to the property line, and has many rodents living in it (including snakes, squirrels and mice/rats). The tree is located in the backyard, on the east side of the property line. I have spoken with her on numerous occasions about trimming, or removing it. The limbs are hanging over into my yard, coming close to my roof line - allowing squirrels and other animals/rodents to gain access to my roof. I make every effort to trim some of those limbs, but she complains when they fall in her yard. Please help me with this situation, as it has been ongoing for over four years now. I have attached one picture, although the matter is difficult to fully appreciate until you see it in person. Thank you very much.
