Description
on Floyd ave in between the cabell library and academic learning center you can only turn right or left. When the Floyd Ave light is red the crosswalk says walk so people can walk in front of those cars. And when the linden st light is red the walk light to walk across those stopped cars turns green. So there is no time for cars on Floyd ave to turn without people crossing on either crosswalk. If that makes any sense.
