They gave a flier to my mother. I am on Hall St. For the past two nights around 1 in the morning, I heard a small dog barking on Fort Hale Road. I could tell that the bark came from a small dog because it was a small bark. The sound was coming from the bottom of Fort Hale Rd, about the third house up from the bottom of the street. I looked around but couldn't find anything. Will still keep an eye out.
