Description

Dangerous 2 way only stop corner, too many cars speeding day and night on 77th ave causing monthly car accidents and residential property damage. Cars speeding high speed up and down 77th ave crashing into other cars crossing on Garfield st. City of Oakland has not addressed this on going issue for many years now with multiple requests of an added speed bump or a 4 way stop.
