Constant garage sales. They have them at least twice a month. Recently they have had them on the 27th of September, the 11th of October and today October 18. If you take into account the whole year they have had easily over 20. The biggest issue is not the code violation but rather the accidents that constantly almost happen there. The people that frequent these sales will pull over randomly and almost create an accident but the most constant issue are the people that park on the road and almost run into the cars turning left onto shore acres from overlook.
