I have reported this flooding problem before. Whenever it rains the street and sidewalk floods. I need some one to look into this problem again. The neighbors porches are gets so wet, the cars and buses just splashes the water onto the sidewalk and you can really get very, very wet. What is the problem that no one can fix this?
