Malden Parking Enforcer just ticketed my vehicle while I stood there asking him not to as the street sweeper does not do his job. I pointed him out and the enforcer urged me to report this issue. I have a picture of the worker on his phone while sitting for over 20 minutes at this intersection of a neighborhood. He makes 1 loop around the neighborhood, then sits for some time, then does not return again. Why ticket someone when your city worker cannot even fulfill his duty accurately??
