Your report was forwarded by the County Executive's Office to MCDOT. However, if this pavement repair was the result of water pipe maintenance as you indicate, that would be WSSC work under a permit from our Department of Permitting Services--no MCDOT involvement even though it may be our road. I am referring your report to DPS so they can enforce the usual permit requirement that a public street be repaired to standard.
