Adjust the sensor,shorten the time to wait or enable a Turn on Red for this police trap of a lightsignal wait. If not adjust the sensor to sense traffic waiting to approach N100, or E/W 724. Yea, okay its a state road, TELL PennDOT! NCPD loves this light!
