I had a roof inspection completed and the report informed me that the roofers who replaced my roof last year did not center the gas hot water heater and left it sitting up against the deck. When I found out I turned the water heater to vacation and then completely off, the roofer never informed me and won't come out to fix. They saw the issue last year.
