Description

House in disrepair, yard and house are eye-sores. Rarely mowed, dog poop in yard, large water bottles, weeds and other trash and items left around front and rear of townhome. Dogs left loose in home barking and jumping from back of couch on front window. Very hazardous condition for black lab.
