Description

1st floor tenant appears to be a single mother with at least 3 children. She doesn't watch them. They are out roaming around until late at night and early in the morning on weekends. Mother is too busy socializing with tenants next door at 74 Bogle St.
There is obvious drug dealing going on with lots of traffic in and out at all hours. Most are drive up and the tenant at 78 or someone staying with her will make a quick run out to the vehicle. Visits from various people are frequent and last no more than a few minutes.
Late night partying. Possibly even prostitution. Several different people seem to stay there periodically.
Neighbors have all noticed and it's become a nuisance.

There is debris from 74 Bogle St. piled up between the 2 houses and against the building of 78 Bogle, which is clearly a dangerous fire hazard.

This is just a bad news story waiting to happen.
