I have reported this issue to SF311 and opened a request ticket for you. 311 reported this issue as closed but upon further investigation the graffiti is still there. I have found that this is a pending request with 311 and that tracking number is 3828195.I was also able to speak to the street sign supervisor and so this should be taken care of in the next 3 days.
