Description

Hartshorn has been in a bad shape for a long time. After we got our voices heard, they started to fix it. Well, it's been a nightmare with people driving through our yard to avoid a closed road, kids almost getting hit in our own drive way, the construction workers letting people drive through our yard when kids are playing, and the workers destroying our yard. I'm sick and tired of this!! And the road looks horrible then it was before!!
