Litter blocking storm drains and all over yards. This issue was closed by CE last week saying it was cleaned up but checking today, nothing has changed. The drain is so full of litter and debris that even a dropper of water couldn't get down. There is litter and junk all over the property. And the even side of Pine Avenue from #62 to #72 is strewn with litter on the properties, sidewalk and road. People in these houses also regularly park their cars on their front lawns. The whole area looks blighted. It is fast becoming a health issue because it is attracting rodents.
