Everyday, in the evening, a gentleman two houses to my left warms up his SUV for approx. 20-30mins. He then proceeds to travel two houses to my right and leaves the same SUV idling for at least an hour.
Additionally, he must work as a delivery truck driver, because every morning, M-F, he stops at home and leaves the company vehicle idling for at least 45 mins.
