Traveling north and south on Willow lawn Drive, the traffic light did not turn green for two cycles. Cars coming out of the shopping center and turning into the shopping center received green lights two times while north and south traffic on Willow lawn drive remained stopped at a red traffic light. This is the second time I am reporting this; The first time I reported it was about a month ago. Time of day 12:10 PM
