The "Walk" signal should be automatic with every light change without pushing the cross walk button. This slows pedestrian traffic (walkers, runners, etc) as they have to stop and push a button to cross. If not, could create an accident as the pedestrian has the right of way during a light cyle, but the "Walk" signal is not lit.
