I'm all for reporting stuff, but this seems like something that an Adams St resident with a broom and dust pan could take care of. I'd rather have the public works guys taking care of the hard stuff...

Given that it's on the park side, not in front of a residence, and it's been there for weeks, I don't think anyone else is going to step up and do it.
