Description
Location: Temporary sign on Nebraska Ave. just before circle in front of Katzen Arts Center: sign states construction on Wisconsin Ave., take alternate route: NOTE: Wisconsin ave. is already behind driver at this point. ALSO: Sign shows 3/4 circle with arrow which implies that driver can drive around circle but does not advise re correct lane choices.
