Description

I was just driving THE SPEED LIMIT down Jones Road, which is 40 mph. This woman on the side of the road in a big orange jacket starts waving her arms at me and shaking her finder at me. She has no call to do this if I'm driving the speed limit. She should be forced to stop this stupid behavior.
