East side of 39th St. between S. and T. Sts.
At S. St. corner, need pole, no parking to corner with right arrow, and RPP sign with left arrow.
At T. St. corner, need pole, no parking to corner with left arrow, and RPP sign with right arrow.
At alley entrance north side, need pole, parking sign with right arrow, RPP with left arrow.
