Description

You have construction at the recent reconstructed merge area off Hancock St by EMMC, you have a road sign that shows you can merge without Yielding HOWEVER you have cement barriers right in the road that does not give one clearance to continue using the lane as the new yellow sign reads by the former ER entrance, because of the lane being blocked you should have a yield sign and a lane closed sign present, those who actually understand the yellow sign are going to run into a cement barrier, the purpose of the reconstruction was to keep traffic flowing but if you are keeping cement barriers out blocking a sign, better street signs would be nice as the city or construction company would be paying some money for an crash there.
