Description
There is no left turn allowed off of the Stillwater Avenue I-95 exit, but there doesn't seem to be any logical reason for there not to be. There is a break in the light cycle where there are only cars turning right off the Interstate and no other traffic — why not allow people to turn left as well?

What confusion could there be with which lane to be in? The lanes are marked on the pavement, on a set of regulatory signs above the sidewalk, and on a second string of regulatory signs at the Parkade entrance. The regulatory signs clearly show that the left lane is for going straight, the middle lane is for turning right, and the right lane is for turning right.
What really needs to be done is enforcement of the red arrow, as it seems a vast majority of drivers don't remember that a red arrow means there is no turn allowed on a red light.

"This area is not really residential."
Between the off-ramp and Broadway, it's predominantly residential.
