New signs were recently put up high on the fence near the entrance to the park that say NO DOGS ALLOWED. However, as of April 1st, 2014 S. Prescott park is one of the 4 OFF LEASH DOG PARKS that city council voted to allow a change to the city ordinance. SIgns should Say DOGS WELCOME. Was this sign put up by OPW or by a rogue neighbor?
