Resident of 154 Stillwood Drive is walking his large, white dog to the common area behind his house (which has a sign posted that specifically asks residents to clean up after their dogs) and leaving dog poop on the ground. Has been witnessed doing this multiple times, and now the waste is starting to accumulate in the area.
