  Unfortunately, many of us keep complaining to the County and City as this is an ongoing issue. Personally, this is becoming a public health issue. If they don't go in the woods, they walk across to the condos directly across from the transit center and use our properties as public bathrooms. No one seems to care.

  It’s a common occurrence that’s not going away until public restrooms are made available and for longer hours. No one should have to use a park or public property as a restroom on the ground in a large city like Shoreline so open to the public including young children who frequently use the park on a daily basis. Unsafe AND a Public HEALTH HAZARD! Why do other Transit Centers have facilities and Aurora Village does not!? Come on Metro and Community Transit. Don’t just promise in your public marketing, act upon it!

  I totally agree with the above comments. Hundreds of people use the transit center every day, and there are no restrooms! What do the officials expect? Wherever else that many people go, there are places “to go.” I mean get real!

  It has been over one week and toilet paper and excrement are still in NW woods of Echo Lake Park.

  I totally agree. The City of Shoreline, King County, Metro and Community Transit need to work together. I am tired of all the "talking heads" saying it is someone else's problem. This is a public health issue.
