Description

There is a unused Basketball Goal in the street in violation of Raleigh Ordinance. It remains a significant hazard, cannot been seen at night and at times blocks traffic on this narrow road. It is never used, collecting tree waste and eroding. Most importantly, several vehicles have nearly hit object at night (it is black and blends into night after sundown). Owner has driveway, that is where Goal belongs.
