Description

There needs to be a drain put in on Rafael Blvd NE, specifically in front of the 890 and 892. The water does not drain! There is standing water shin deep in front of both houses, which keeps getting deeper and wider with each nightly rain. This is a huge health hazard with swarming mosquitos breeding in the constant standing water and bacteria! Please help!
