الوصف

End of last week, thru Mon-9/30/14, air downstream from facility (Christian Hill and along Rt.110-Kenwood section of Dracut) smelled again like a baby's diaper bucket. I reported this back in Dec'13, and nothing was found? Not a surprise.

Also to reiterate, it's not always one set time....9AM , 11am, or 2pm when these LWWW's or city officials happen to meander over, ....I can say by living near this plant for 10yrs...but when the odors are at their worst seems to be very early in the AM say...5-7am (I run every AM at 5:30) then again at evening commute....5-7pm. Even on weekends like this past Sat/Sun. There needs to be better monitoring. It was OK up until this last week or so.
The Lowell Sun has had 2-3 years worth of coverage on all these improvements to reduce odor. It calmed down this spring/summer, like it did last year, but has been increasing late summer and early fall just like it did last year and on more regularity. So much so, that it increased regularity through early December'13. I would seriously recommend some " Non" LWWU officials to monitor the Christian Hill area along Rt.110 eastbound in those time periods for just a couple weeks, not just one day. Lastly, I wish that when some tank cleaning or major "deposits" are going to occur, better "heads up to both Methuen/Dracut residents is given-- perhaps city/town websites, posting on cable-public access. Only a small courtesy

Best regards
