This house is another example of people not maintaining beyond their fences to the sidewalk. The side of the house on Chestnut St. is overgrown and a haven for trash. The owners need to clean up their property. (The house across the street on Decota also needs to clean up their yard/street, but there wasn't a house # to open a ticket. Thanks for addressing. Maybe a task force for these types of issues need to be created. I'm sure it's a lot of manpower involved in what should be common sense, courtesy and proper hygiene.
