Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. An Officer for this area will investigate, and start a case if applicable. Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. We will post updates here as they become available.

This property has had recurring issues with this. I reported this same thing during summer when it went months without being mowed.

The Code Officer has started a case.

Another call about tall weeds & grass and paint cans in the yard for months now.

The Code Officer reported that the paint cans have been removed and the yard mowed. Closed.
