Opis

The dog from this house, Brown Chow, is frequently roaming the neighborhood. The owners open the front door and let the dog out to do his business. He wanders the neighborhood does his business on neighbors lawns and then returns home when done. Sometimes the dog goes as far as Citrus park. The owners do not seem to care if it bothers the neighbors or not. Can something be done to get them to keep their dog in their own yard? Also their fence is broken and he can jump over it if he really wants out since he is use to running the neighborhood.
