The backups are worse than ever. Even the people exiting Eastbound I-94 on the ramp to 23 Mile rd., are often backed up onto the freeway because of the lights. It looks as congested as The Palace on an event night in this area. It's a shame that the issue has been open for 271 days and counting without an adjustment or survey being done from the looks of the traffic blocked. Please act on this now before some road rage incident happens. Thank you.
