Yes, I believe the issue was prematurely closed as well. Was over there yesterday and there is no change to the site, with the exception of more leaves and debris. Thanks!

Richmond Mgmt Team (20020957162) noted this location does not belong to Parks but instead belongs to Richmond Public Schools. Please contact Richmond Public Schools directly at 804.780.7710 to report this small playground at Armstrong HS needs maintenance. You will need to dialogue directly because the unit is not attached to our work order system.
