concrete and iron cover to storm drain at SW intersection of Roseneath Rd and Wythe Ave is broken and unstable. Because adjacent homeowners have allowed their shrubs to block the public sidewalk, pedestrians often have to walk in the street here, and they re-enter the sidewalk right where the drain is located. If you step on the street side of the iron cover, it will tip up--very high likelihood someone will be caught unawares and be badly injured here.
