Employees parking at the nursing home are blocking the only wheelchair access to the path onto the park street bridge path. I wasn't able to make it onto the path.

I have notified the APD dispatch to send a parking tech over to check out the area and ticket where necessary. The Public Works Department will take photo's of the area and send out a letter to the nursing home employees concerning the blocking of the wheelchair access to the path onto the Park Street Bridge.
