Deskripsyon

This resident has several black plastic trash bags piled in the back yard next to the house up past the tops of the windows. They have been there for several weeks because the resident refuses to pay for trash pickup. I'm concerned this will attract rats and vermin to my property.

This problem has been fixed. The resident cleaned up the trash bags in a timely manner. Thank you for your assistance in getting this problem corrected.
