Parking enforcement vehicle operated by J. Mickles 00450 was parked blocking the bicycle lane causing me to have to ride into oncoming traffic to get by. When I shook my head as I passed, she exited her vehicle and engaged me with attitude asking me, "what? What?" I told her not to park in the bicycle lane, because it caused me to have to ride into oncoming traffic. She argued that she wasn't parked. I frequently see parking enforcement personnel violating the same laws they enforce, causing dangerous traffic conditions around them, particularly to pedestrians and bicycles.
