Description

The neighbors behind us have a dog that barks non stop starting around 630am thru 11pm. It will bark for over 30 minutes straight at times. The barking echos betweem the houses being so close together. I Woken up daily by this dog. I can not lay my grandson down for a nap because of this dog.

This has been going on for 12 months now.
