Description
I originally reported the POD on 3/28/18. It remains in the same location 4+ years later. Cases have been opened, closed, voided, reopened under a different "Type" and the POD remains. The property continues to deteriorate and now has multiple code violations. The seawall has collapsed and the property is eroding into the canal. Where are the penalties and consequences? If I had a boat trailer in my driveway code enforcement would fine me $500 a day until I removed it. How does a POD differ from a trailer or camper? History has shown the owner doesn't care about liens against the property.
