I had a bad parking experience last night (Aug. 11, 2022) at the H Mart public parking lot, and left a voicemail. Turns out I was charged twice for parking. First I tried the kiosk SIX TIMES, but it would just say "Processing" and never show a completed transaction. Turns out it charged me $6.85 (per my credit card statement) for parking from about 7-10 p.m. When that seemed to fail, I paid on your vendor website, which only charged me $1.87 for the exact same lot. It said I couldn't pay past 8 p.m. even though the sign says 10 p.m. That is a HUGE price difference between the website and the kiosk. Also, I don't want to be charged $6.85 when I already paid $1.87. I'd like a refund for the $6.85. I'd like the kiosk to work properly. Thanks for listening. I rarely go to Cambridge and this made me not want to go back.
