Descripción

There is alot of furniture and trash laying in the ally by my duplex and it's disgusting. Also people are throwing food out in the ally and it attracts stray animals. FIX IT!

Not only is it attracting stray animals it also is attracting owned animals that live in the area that are not on leash or wearing collars and tags. It is also attracting the homeless that come around with their grocery carts and go through the trash cans and the trash in the ally.
